Help on Completing MN1 form

Please help on completing this very confusing MN 1 form. I have following questions,
Brief Intro, I have just received the ILR and my daughter born in UK May 2009 whom I would like to register therefore I am filling the form and require some advise,
What to fill in section 1 1.1 & 1.2 and also 1.3,
1.1: Under which section this application should consider the page 2 of the guidance does not give any section for my case so please help.
1.2: Border Agency Reference no?
1.3: The date when child has given the ILR. She is not on ILR so what should I put?
Now Section 2:
2.1: If the child is resident in the UK please give the date and place of first arrival? Should I put her date and place of birth?
Section 3:
3.1: Please state which parent is British Citizen? In our case none as we both are just got ILR so what should we put?
3.3: Details of all the absences?
Could anyone who has applied under this category before please please promtly answer as I have an appointment booked for the checking service council.
