Please suggest regarding the " Naturalisation applicant has to be present in UK exactly 5 years before".


Could any of you let me know the 5 years before date is considered on the day when my application reaches Liverpool Home office or it is considered when case worker open my application and start working on the same.

Your suggetion is very helpful for me.
