Hi All,

I have got my ILR as a dependent of HSMP tier 1 ( under 5 years category).

What I am wondering now is I and My two year child wants to apply for British Citizenship as My husband is not interested to apply for British Citizenship.

I and my child have ILR.

Here are details of myself and my husband.

My husband got ILR under 5 years category. We all got ILR in 23 May 2011. Now we got Eligibilty to apply for British citizebship after 1 year waiting period.

I have joined my husband as a dependent April 2008 since then I am living in UK.

Now my question is whether myself and my child are we elgible to apply for british citizenship on our Own.

If Yes, What are the steps should I follow to apply for British Citizenship.
