Hi

I have a question regarding the acceptable professional refree for my AN application.

My referee is a Nurse and he told me that he is RGN (Registered General Nurse) but on the Guide/Booklet for AN it says Nurse (RN, SEN or holder of a BA in ursing) is acceptable.

My question is are RGN and RN the same?

You better ask your referee who might know more about nursing qualifications than people on an immigration forum.

I would imagine it is the same/similar. If he is a registered (general) nurse, that's fine. The list of professionals is not exclusive.
