UK Citizenship Question Time Outside the UK how to find out

Because my country is a part of EU i don't get stamps every time i cross the border. I have only records of me being abroad from last 3 years.
I researched Internet and found a forum where one person from Ireland had the same problem and what he did was phone border customs and asked them as that is his rights.
I was wondering if you know any way to get those information from them.

PS
i could make up he tdates but they might check that .. than if they can check that they should have records of me crossing borders ?

Do your best to put the most accurate dates.

If you are not close to the limit (450 days) I would not worry too much (if you missed some trips).

what about freedom of information act 2000 home office ?

FOI is about general policies and not personal data. For that you need to make a Subject Access Request. See details here - Requests for personal data although people experience is that you don't always get a list of your entries/exits.
