dear sir/ madam

i have got indefinite stay to remain in uk as i was married to uk resident. however now i am divorced. i am in uk since 2004 with no absence from uk more than 3 months.
however, i through financial mis-management had a Debt relief order on 11th may 2011.
presently i am working in Spam of a thai restuarant on part time basis my accomodation is free.

i also have got english qualification from college in luton. that satisfy home office requirements
i would like to know what are my chances of getting certificate of naturalisation.
regards suwan

Now, do not hold me to it, but I think debt relief orders disappear 3 months after they finish. I think they last for 12 months and then disappear 3 months after that, so in total 15 months.

Once full 15 months are over, you can check if your records have disappeared here http://www.bis.gov.uk/insolvency

You will still have to declare this under civil judgements on the naturalisation application form AN.
