Hi I have applied for naturalisation today(26/06/2012), but now I recall that I have had one penalty notice and fine for entering yelow box when exit was not clear and one for driving in bus lane.

I did not declare these as the lady said whether did you go to court?

Thes two were in the last 6 months.

What are your views and experirnces regarding this?

Driving in the bus lane is usually a penalty charge notice given by local council. This is just like a parking ticket and does not matter at all.

The other entering the yellow box, and if its a Fixed penalty notice given by police, then it won't matter in naturalisation application.

I would say, just take the chill pill.

Hope you did not forget to pay for your application.
