My wife is applying based on spouse of british citizen, following questions please:

1. Previous name if different at birth, she got different the surname before marraige, so does she need to write it ?

2. Citizenship reference number. In citizenship certificate it got certificate number and reference number, so which one please confirm

3. Good character. She is house wife at the moment but she done job in past. So shall i just mention house wife and leave rest of section blank.
