Hi,

my frient got ILR July 2010 and was going to apply for citizenship on July 2011 but did not apply. he had form filled in in july 2011, also refrees signed in july 2011.

i have two questions below

can he send same filled in form now?

also he has 108 holidays for last 12 month period

i see there is no change in AN form since sept 2010.

please advise

There is a change in a fee [and payment form].

Referees signing should not be more than 6 months old.
I suggest his fills in a new form.

Did he discount his departure and arrival days from the absences? With 108 days, the application is at discretion. Maybe he could wait a few weeks(?) until he meets the requirement?
