Appointment With NCS regarding Citizenship

Hi,
I do have an appointment with NCS on 3rd-July-2012 for my Citizenship at around 3.40 pm . When will my Citizenship application reach to Home Office ?
I am asking because I was in India (out of UK) exactly 5 years ago, from 20th-June-2007 to 03rd-July-2007 . I returned back to London on 04th-July-2007.
So will that be an issue ? I am assuming that my application will reach Home Office not before 04th-July-2011 as my appointment with NCS is on 03rd-July-2012 is 3.40 pm .
Can anyone Clarify , if there will be an issue ?
