Tax Return and Naturalisation

Hi Everybody,
I got my ILR on 18th May 2012 after 5 years on Tier 1 ( self employed). I showed my accounts year ending 5th April 2012, around 34K. I'll be due for Naturalisation on 18th May 2013. Naturalisation and passport might take around 2 months say July 2013 end.
If I don't declare my tax by that time ( It is due by 31st Januray 2013 ), will it cause any problem to my naturalisation and subsequent passport application?
