Dear all,

Sorry if this is been asked before but I couldn't find it here or in the HO website.

Could I get the most up to date form for BC application please?

Also, how long before should I book my appointment to apply through NCS?

Thanks in advance

Thank you Jambo. Are you sure this is the most up to date one? As is from 2010.

Another last minute quetion please:

After reading the application form, I've noticed that the only documents they ask for are passport, LITUK test and marriage certificate?

So no bank statements at all?

Thanks a lot in advance

another one here..

Section 1.17 of Form AN says please provide address of past 5 years (it doesn't say previous addresses)

Do we have to start with the present address? there's a present address column elsewhere but reading the sentence it implies present address too. If 'from date' is the start of current address what is 'to date'? leave it blank? are we allowed to write 'PRESENT ADDRESS' some where on the paper (out side of the boxes)

Dear all,

Another question after reading the requirements for BC, is this:

They ask for evidence of exercising treaty rights and on the last year of the qualifying period I've been claiming job seeker allowance.

Do you know if I have to present a letter from Jobcentre/HMRC or just take the documents I have as a job seeker?

Many thanks in advance!

Read the form again.

Evidence of exercising treaty rights is only required if you are EEA national (or a family member) without a PR.

I believe this is not your case (as you have ILR).

There is no need to provide any documentation regarding your JSA.
