Can someone tell me how the supporting docs will be returned back to us? Is it by a courier or a normal roayl mail? We had checked in the appliation form that it be sent back to us using 'Safe Delivery'

If you paid the extra £3 with the application, the documents will be returned by a secure delivery using a courier (“DX Courier”). If not, by 2nd class royal mail.
Sometimes the courier requires a signature and sometimes they just drop it through the letter box (I believe it depends if the courier feels the letter box is "secure").

Thanks Jambo. I hope IPS sends it to the couriers today and hopefully they deliver it tomorrow???
We still have the mountains of Indian Passport surrender and Visa to climb and not sure if we can do it with just 5 working days left before the flight date.
Has anyone have an experience of CGI b'gham/VFS b'gham if it can be done in 5 days?
