For the reference, I've gone through the list of Referee -

It says, it can be "Director/Manager/Personnel Officer of a VAT registered Company".

My friend is working as Ltd Contractor from more than few years and have Company registered with VAT no. Can i use him as one of Referee for AN and MN1 form as a professional?
