1 Months and NO sign of acknowledgement or Fees Taken?

Hi All
I submitted my daughters MN1 application on 28th June. I am still waiting for the acknowledgement. Also the fees hasn't been taken out yet from my account.
Is these timelines Normal. I have checked the Royal mail tracking number and it says it was delivered the next day which was 29th June. Anybody in the same situation.
Others please comment. Many thanks.
