officially not but i have British name ( just first name) which i use for social life and and started using at work recently (since 2010 ) i always stick to my official name as it appears on my passport when it comes to paper work and official use , other than one occasion when i used my british name when i filled in tenancy agreement , uka already aware of this as i sent them the tenancy agreement as part of my application form for ilr,
question is should i put down following on my naturalization form?
"name used, reason: this is my British nickname"
at work, hr has me as my original name as per passport, other employees call me by nickname
