Hi
Anybody help me pls
how to make a complaint to UKBA regards to my processing time. I applied in Jan 2012 and still waiting.
I called home office twice and got same reply still under process and said statutory verification requirements are still under process. Once done a caseworker will be assigned.
5 years wp plus 1 year ILR.

Really disappointed with the wait.
Anybody know what is the statutory requirement for naturalisation.
Is there any other way to speed up the process.

Hi Kasaman
My husband applied on 29 December and is still waiting and called twice told us the same thing. Does anyone know how to expedite this. This is beyond the 6 months period that 99% of the case would have been decided. so what happens to the 1%?

Congratulation kasaman... Did you manage to get an update after you sent your passport?

Ok, did you write to them after you got your passport back? Or was it just a case of waiting until they got back to you now with the approval letter?
