Travelling after submission of naturalization application

Hi
I am looking to submit my naturalization application during 1st week of Oct. However, I have to travel to India on holiday for 5 weeks from December.
Can I travel out of UK when my application is under process?
And the other question is if I get the confirmation when I’m away will there be any problem?
