Hi All,

My wife come to UK in 2009 on ILR dependent visa and in 2011 she got ILR on 2 yrs stay basis. Now I am planing to apply Naturalisation for her. Could you please let me know which form I have to use please?

Is it form AN or any other form?

Assuming that she has met all the standard requirements for naturalisation, your wife needs to fill out and complete the AN form herself. You can't apply for her, unfortunately.
