Book ceremony without invitation letter

BC application approved but waiting for the invitation letter, was told I might need to wait 10-14 days for it to be delivered!!
For those who finished everything already, what information does one need on the invitation letter in order to book oneself onto a citizenship ceremony? can I book one already without one?
