naturalisation of wife

Respected Sir/ Madam,
I would like to have an advise regarding my wife who could apply for Naturalisation and British citizenship along with me which is due in November 2012.
I was granted HSMP before November 2006 and finished 5 yrs period on 28 July 2011. My wife obtained her HSMP dependant visa on 06/05/2009 and joined me here in UK on 21/07/2009. After completion of my 5 years on HSMP and my wife's 2 years as a dependant, we both got our ILR on 07/11/2011.
In view of above, please advise when we both be able to apply for naturalisation. From the period of Nov 2011 till date, my wife has spent 107 days outside UK . What impact would this have upon her applying for naturalisation with me.
