Hi,
I have following urgent questions and will appreciate if someone can reply quickly as I have appointment in few hours. (I have asked these questions previously on sticky notes but didn't got any reply back....)

1.22 Knowledge of language / Life in UK
We passed our life in UK test when we got our ILR. and we showed the LIUK certificate at the time of ILR. We still have the certificate which box we need to tick?
2.2 Absences from UK during last five years
Is the last five years from the date of application?
1.17 Address for past five years
I cant remember exact dates for the address (i.e. on which day did we changed the address). I can remember the month and year. Does the addresses needs to be exact to the date?
Photo for references
Do we need to staple the photograph on the form or can we stick it with a glue?

1.Tick the box in Life in the Uk test and take the original of Life in UK Test

2.Yes

3.It is ok if you write the month and year,but if u can remember the date,it will be good.

I got ILR on my old passport. and I got my new passport (as old one was expired).
Do I need to get NTL (No time limit) endorsement? I havent left the UK since I got my new passport.

I have both passports with me..

Hi

You take the photograph and NCS Staff will staple it.I took the photo with me and they stapled it.

I dont think you need NTL.
