Hello Everyone

i got my ILR on the 5th of October 2011 ( stamp date on my passport)...

my question to all dear and respected members of this forum is :

can i send my Naturalization application through post on the 4th of October by next day special delivery which will reach on the 5th of October 2012 to HO ?

OR do i need to post everything on the 5th of October so it reaches home office on the 6th of October ?

i noticed everyone in July group have had their applications processed rather quickly, hoping september and october group are just as fortunate.

kind regards and best wishes to all

PS: i'm sorry if this has been asked before but i couldn't find something similar and i am very anxious about this, hope someone can help .

The application must be received by UKBA no earlier than 05-Oct-12.

i need some more assistance , i hope someone can help.

while filling in the form, i read that whatever evidence i used to pass the life in uk test, i must provide that as well...

so i used my drivers licence, does it mean i have to send along with my passport my driving licence as that was used as photo id for life in uk test ?

thing is that i have today moved to a new address, which i will put down in my application , however on my drivers licence i still have my old address, will that be a problem with the home office ? raising the point as to why doesn't my drivers licence reflect my new address ?

just so we're clear this is what i mean

All applications
Evidence of your identity

You should provide:

your passport; or
your nationality identity card; or
your Home Office travel document; or
your Home Office entitlement card; or
your Home Office application registration card; or
your birth certificate; or
your photo driving licence; or
bank, building society or credit card statements issued to you in the last 6 months.
If you used one of these documents to prove your identity when you took the 'knowledge of life in the UK' test, you should supply the same document to support your naturalisation application.

so whilst sending my naturalisation application form, do i need to send my drivers licence (as this is what i used for my id for life in uk test )

i won't be sending my pass certificate for life in uk test as obviously i used that to obtain ILR, however i am still unclear whether i should be sending my drivers licence with the application or no need ?

thanks

See Q4 in Citizenship FAQs - Common Questions - Read before posting[.

No need for the licence in your case.
