Hi all,

I was wondering if someone could kindly shed some light on my situation.

HSMP visa acquired: May 2007
Wife arrived in the UK (HSMP Dependent): Feb 2009
Visa extension acquired under Tier1 (Main + Dependent): May 2009
ILR acquired (Main + Dependent): April 2012

The question now is, whether my wife is eligible to apply for Naturalisation with me in April 2013 and, if she is, then under which category.

Thanks for the quick response Jambo. So presumably, my wife can apply as soon as I have been granted BC as she meets the 3 year residential criteria?
