Hi....

quick question

i need to know if my BC application will be effected because i overstayed my student visa in the past?

i have got my ILR earlier this year through Marriage and now i am applying for a BC next month on completion of 3 years residence in UK.

Please advice

Your “good character” will come into question. 5 years is a long time to breach immigration rules. Were you deported or left on your own accord?

i left on my own accord after getting all the clearance through the local HO authority.

i had no issue whatsoever getting my spouse visa and ILR.
