Do we need 5 years P60 for British Citizenship Application?

Depends - on what grounds are you applying? For example, if you are applying after continuously exercising EU treaty rights then P60s are extremely helpful. In other cases less so.

I am applying on basis of 2 years WP/ 3 Years Tier 1 and 1year ILR.

That means you formally hold ILR status already. That means you don't need to bring evidence of work. You can submit a P60 for the period following your ILR, but that is not obligatory. Assuming you already submitted the LIUK test certificate for ILR application, your passport with ILR sticker plus form AN plus the correct fee should suffice.
