Hi,

I am on ILR since Jan'2012 and planning to apply for BC IN Feb'2013
My wife in and daughter applied and got ILR STAMPED IN JUN'2012. 6 months after I got.

My wife and daughter both are present in this country with me for past 4 years.

Q1. Can my daughter apply for BC with me in FEB'2013?
Q2. Will my wife have to wait until JUN'2013 for applying BC?
