Question 3.5 Address of Tax Office or Tax Office reference ?

Is it something I can find on my payslips/P60s ? or I need to ask my HR ?

You will find it on your P60 or HR can give you this information. The company will have this detail as it is the tax office which they fall under.

See here, that is how the information look like, should be on P60s and also on monthly pay slips. The tax office name/address should be just next to this number.
