I live in london. I approved british citizenship. but ukba send me wrong ceremony council. so i sent email 2 weeks ago for change ceremony council. but they are not reply me. now what can i do?
I tryed call but no answer. they say send email.

i sent to ceremony.enquiries@ind.homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk and ukbanationalityenquiries@ukba.gsi.gov.uk

Tancik, did they sort it out for you ? I have a same problem. Today received a invitation letter but they sent my certificate to the wrong council.
