DEC 2012 MN1, NCS Appointment on monday Please suggest

I have appointment on monday 17th Dec and I already filled form ( Refree) all and I just find out there is a new version of form is introduced. Can you please suggest , Do I need to get it Dec form now and Cancel the Appointment then filled it up and submit.
Please suggest , it is very urgent.

Previous forms are acceptable until 3rd January 2013 and they will consider under the revised immigration rule. You can compare previous and new Dec 2012 forms what is difference? If you are sure you meet the all requirements then don't worry.

Skymoon, i don't see the MN1 form on the list in the link you provided so don't the 3rd Jan concession will apply. Also, British Citizen is separate to immigration rules, BC follow the nationality rules.
Krishciti2012 - I would strongly suggest you complete the new December MN1 form and submit that rather than the April 2010 MN1 form. Even if you change your NCS appointment to a bit later in the week.

I believe the referees page has not changed. Just use that and print the rest from the new version. I believe that you will nit find any changes in the relevant sections to your application anyway.
