Citizenship for baby. Is my baby eligible?

Hi,
I am due for ILR on 01-March-2013 and my case is straight forward with out any issues and have right points and successful in all the eligible criteria.
My baby was born on 02-09-2012, do i need to apply ILR for my baby with me or can i apply for citizenship after my ILR?

The above link says the baby is eligible only if the any parent is
a British citizen when you were born
‘settled’ in the UK when you were born
Please suggest me if there is a way to apply citizenship for my baby after my ILR approval.
