I am currently on a Tier 1 Visa and my UK born kid is included as my dependent.

My wife has her own ILR.

Qn: Can my wife now make an application to get British Passport for the kid considering she has secured ILR?

Please note the kid is my dependent and not my wife's.

Was child born before or after your wife was granted ILR?
