can I travel with ILR after receiving BC?

I received my certificate of naturalisation and have a couple of questions I hope you could help clarify:

1) I have not applied for the British Passport yet. Can I still use my ILR if I need to travel?

2) I currently travel with 2 passports as my ILR in the old passport. I understand that when applying for the British passport, I'd need to send my passport per post (if there's a way to avoid it, can you let me know please). In case, if I still need to send my passport per post, can you let me know please if I need to send the current one and/or the old one with the ILR.

3) During the time when I apply for the British passport, can I travel?

Many thanks for your help!!!

Ok I got this totally wrong, sorry for the confusion. You already have BC, missed that part.

I am not sure NCS forwards passport applications. These are preferred to be done at Post Office using their Check n Send service.

The link above refers to Nationality not passport.

You need to send your current passport with the application but as applications normally take only 2-3 weeks, I don't think you should be worried too much (unless you travel on a weekly basis).
