hi ,Hope you guys can help
my kid , wife and myself are on ILR for a year now.

Wife doesnt qualify yet cos she has only been here 2.75 years. So she has to wait unti I get mine.By that time it will 3yrs for her.

Regarding my kid..can we both apply together as a joint application? I understand it is under discretion...what are the chances.

or

Is it better I do mine first and then get do a joint apllication for wife and kid?

Thanks

Yes, you can all apply at the same time but was your child born in UK? .
if yes, then you can decide applying using form MN1 for your son ;follow by application for british passport otherwise you can wait to apply all together However there is reduction on fee for joint.
as per the chances...it all the same , also keep in mind that fees changes

Your child can apply using MN1 although you rightly say it will be at the discretion. Why not wait until you are British and then your child can apply with your wife? In any case your wife won't qualify until you are British.
