I am just wondering about naturalisation.I have got 5 years visa(EEA2) on my passport in October in 2012 and it valids in 2017.But I have been here since october 2011.My question is if i can apply for naturalisation or not in 2016 before i have got permanent residence(or ILR).Thank you very much in advance...

No, you have to apply ILR first then BC.

Under EU treaty rights, permanent residency, not indefinite leave to remain (similar, but not identical).

dorian1986, in theory you get PR autmomatically after 5 years continuously exercising treaty rights, so you could apply for British citizenship after 6 years straight away. However, it is much safer to apply for permanent residency first after 5 years.
