Hi I would be happy if someone could help me out as I am trying to find it out but is very hard to understand cause everyone says different.

I came to the UK with a student visa Jan 2009, I got married in April 2010 and got my 2 years probationary visa from Sep 2010 to Sep 2012. after that I applied last year in August for my ILR and I got it. My question is can I apply now for the British Naturalisation or do I have to wait for few months more? I am married to a British citizen. Would the HO count my time as a student as well under the 3 years rule? Thanks in advanced :D

You qualified to apply way back in August 2012 when you received your ILR. Of course, don't forget to read the guidelines and you must also meet the standard requirements.

So would the HO count my time when I was a student as well :?: Is just I called some advisers they telling me that I have to wait for 1 more year then add up the 2 probationary?? I was looking on the website from the HO they don't really say much on that. :(

yes, your time as a student will count towards the Naturalisation.
