Hello people,I have got a query and It would be appreciated if I can find an answer to this;I got married to a BC in 2010 and then got my ILR August 2012 and I thought i was supposed to wait until August this year(2013) to apply for naturalisation but I have heard that since I'm married to a BC I can apply for naturalisation even now,is that correct?

If you have ILR and married to a BC you can apply for Naturalisation anytime. You don't have to wait for a year.

You don't need to wait a year but you will need to complete 3 years of residence.

Have you read Q1 in the FAQ? It's quite clear there.
