When will I be eligible to apply for British citizenship?

My Tier 1 (General) visa expired on 28/12/12. I applied for and was granted ILR on 30/11/12 (28 days before 28/12/12). When will I be eligible to apply for British citizenship? 30/11/13 or 28/12/13?

After one full year on ILR.

You are aware of my ILR case anyway. Got approved last week and I am aware I still have a year to go.
Just out of curousity, what is the first step towards BC. Is it the oath?

Sorry if this is a silly question.
My BRP was issued on 3/12/12, but my ILR in-person appointment was on 30/11/12. May I apply for BC from 30/11/13 or 3/12/13 and onwards?
