Hi there, I applied using the form T1.

Here is the story without it getting boring

> I have never held a passport for any country in my life
> I have lived in the UK since I was born (except one exception)
>I am 18
> Have UK birth certificate

form t1 requires you to stay in the country for 10 years since you were born.

I know for a fact I left the country when I was 3, and entered again (i have no idea when, or how long i was out the country for) as I was a baby. I do not live with my parents, they refuse to tell me anything about this.

It says that I cannot be absent for 90 days.

What I know is that I left the country, and came back in without a record.
I am 100% sure I came back in without any records, however I have no idea if there was a record of me leaving, (as I have no passport, nothing and I was 3)

I am worried for two reasons:

They might be able to track the fact that I left, but they dont know when I returned, and they will be like what the hell?

OR they might decline the application because I haven't held a passport in my life, and one of the requirements was a passport.

What i sent them is my birth certificate, letter from my primary school showing i graduated, letter from my secondary school proving i graduated

Please help me or give me advice, I paid £600 - and I saved up for a long time for this kind of money, I really dont want it to go to waste, and spend 6 months waiting for a response in worry

THANK YOU :)

If you left the country and re-entered you must have had some travel documentation issued. Unless you went to the Republic of Ireland.

It is unlikely that your exit was tracked.

There is some scope for flexibility on the 90 days.
