Hi, I am a bit confused:

I arrived to UK on spouse (to BC) visa on the the 17th of March 2010.
I got approved ILR in May 2011.
As spouse I am elligible to apply to BC after 3 years.

I have called NCS and the only avialble booking is for Friday the 15th of March at 3pm.

Do you think it will be all right considering, that it is most likely that HO receive application on Saturday the 16th of March.

Is this ok or they should receive the earliest on the 17th of March?

It is fine. Your 3 years actually end on the 16th. The 17th is the first day of the fourth year.

Also I doubt NCS would post it on Friday afternoon. More likely it will go in the post on Monday.
