Can I make Naturalisation application without passport?

I will be travelling in 2 weeks time.
Need to make application by tommorow.
Got ILR via long residency.

Use the NCS and they copy ur passport and give it back to u right away

I dont want to use NCS as the application takes ages when i use it for my kids MN1 one.
I have a a provisional driving licence. Can that be done?

1) Exactly but its on the list.
2) Someone suggested certifying all pages of passport?

1) it is only the list for ID documents (although i believe only full driving licence counts) but then you need to provide proof of residence (such as P60s). Better to use a passport which proves both identity and residency.
2) possible to certify by a solicitor.
The delay with your children MN1 was probably not down to NCS. They normally post the application the following say after the appointment.
