Hello I am making the MN1 application for my 8 months child, can I use the GP as a professional referee

Confusion is that I cant see the GP in the list given to me

Though not listed. Yes you can.

I read on this forum that they requested to be struck off the list so we do not further distract them from carrying out their primary functions. However, if you manage to get anyone willing to act as one, it is most definitely accepted.

I know one of my friend who is British National and he got a MSc computer degree in UK and he is a IT software developer, can I used him as a professional Referee
