Hi All,

My child was born in India in Jan 2012 and I had ILR in 2011 followed by BC in 2012 Sep.I had to apply Dependant Visa for my child to enter in UK whilst in India tfor first time.

Question is, Now since i got BC can my child apply for British Citizenship or what the eligiblity criteria for my son to apply for BC and by when.

You quick and detailed response will be appreciated.

Can you please let me know what dependant visa you applied for the child for the child to enter UK first time?
