I am applying for my child under section 1(3)- shall i need to fill the section 2.1 , 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4?

I feel this is not required for section 1(3) applicants as residence and absences is not legal requirement. Please post your experiences.

not 2.1 but you need 2.2, 2.3, 2.4

Why do i need to fill 2.2 etc as there is no residential req under s1(3)?

if you see, 2.1 is enclosed in residential requirement box while other are enclosed in separate box,

You are applying for child born in uk and living in uk, won't you give any address details child was been? does not seem logical to me

I did fill them, you can leave them blank, you will either get approve or they will send back application to complete, in either case, you will learn
