Hi All,

I am applying for my 17 year old daughters MN1 under section 3(1). Her professional referee (sixth form teacher and mentor) has completed the form and signed it but dated it 22/03/2012!! The personal referee I am using noticed the error this morning when completing the form.

If a guru or moderator could let me know urgently if the date will be an issue or if we could write a 3 over the 2 if this will cause any problems.

I have my NCS appointment tomorrow (26th Mar) at 2pm and not other appointments available till after 9th April and would be forever grateful for a response.

if you can get hold of them to change date in their handwriting then it is great otherwise just change it yourself, or take it as it is, hopefully i should not be a problem

Have asked teacher to redo a new form as otherwise her signature date is before I got my BC. Better to be safe and get it done properly.
