HI i am filling my an application and i would be thankful if someone help me. I was an non EEA family member to EEA citizen till 2009 and after our marriage break down in 2009. do I have to fill section 2.4?

If you apply one year after the PR Confirmation issue date, you can skip section 2.4-2.6

yeah I am applying for for 5 years plus 1 after holding PR. thanks alot for your advice.
