I recently applied for naturalisation AN form 3 weeks ago. on 18th march 2013. I had one conviction of fare evasion ( prosecuted by TFL undergound) and sentenced In october 2007 (more than 5 years ago) and court fined me £169 ( £100 court fees and £69 fine).
Is it going to have an impact on my application. I have declared it as well. I had declared when I applied for ILR one year ago.
???

thanks dear.
However, just one more doubt.
I had a company registered 5 years ago and was dissolved ( struck-off) by company house the year after. Reason I did not file any returns. Honestly, I thought I will do some business but I didn't and so even though it was struck-off, I did not owe any money. I have also been working for a company for 5 years now and given their details on the form and employed on full time basis. I also have p60 for last 5 years but NCS did not take it from me when they sent my application.

Having one company registered ( being a director) and later got struck-off , is it going to have an impact on my application?

Since it was not deemed a criminal case which led to your imprisonment of over 12 months , then you are safe as well . Cheer up mate , don't worry .
