hi please someone give some clarification on this. we are my wife and i applying in the end of july together .she is an EEA with 1 year PR on her files .(she got it july 2012 ) me in the other hand Will have 1 year PR statue in july but the sticker on my passport is in october. now i want to apply in july Because i wan't to avoid the new rule about ESOL in october and know that I would need same document again as when I applied for PR using EEA4 .
does it have to be exactely the same include proof of address.my wife payslips and Bank statement or due to the fact she will have 1 years PR document I would need less document to proof.
If your EEA national family member has a Document certifying permanent residence: proof that they have not been absent from the UK for more than 2 consecutive
years since they gained the right of permanent residence. This can include tenancy agreements, utility bills and bank statements
do i need just bank statement

You just need your wife's passport and PR card and your proof of 5 years of residence. You can also add on page 13 that you have applied for PR after you have completed the 5 years but due to the HO backlog, this was only confirmed in October.
