DID fine by court done in 3 years or 5 years?

Dear seniors please put some light on the fine issue by court for traffic offences,did its finished after 5 years or 3 years?as rehabilitation act 1974 said its done after 5 years but many on forum discussing after 3 years,if any link for 3 years do inform here and give the link.

What was the offence? After 3 years a non-custodial sentence will not cause an automatic refusal. However, depending on the offence it may still be viewed (by discretion) as an offence which does not meet the requirements of Good Character.

It's happened in 2009nov and its driving not in accordance with licence,80 pound fine paid by court,as offence is so minor as per them.So advise

So you were not licensed to drive. That would likely be considered as a recklessness offence (an offence that can still cause refusual, albeit dscretionaty). However, as the sentence was minimal it should pose no problem at all providing you have no other convictions.

Have licence but international and law states for international u need to go through court,as its intl licence,now what you say

You should have no problem.
