Can somebody please let me know the following queries regarding filling AN form. My wife is applying for Naturalization based on approval of my British Citizenship application and I have received the certificate already. However, I am still holding Indian nationality and haven't applied for British Passport yet.

I know to know what to be filled below:

1.34 : Partner Nationality: Indian or British???????
Date granted citizenship to Partner: I will put the date of ceremony

2.1: Date & place of Arrival in UK: ?????????

She got HSMP partner visa on 16/04/2008, however, she entered UK on 7/06/2008. The only stamp she has on passport is 07/06/2008 -Dublin as she entered through Dublin, however, there is no stamp at heathrow

* British and date of ceremony.
* 7/6/2008 as this is the date she entered the UK. Heathrow if that's where she entered.

Your partner certificate reference number: ??
There are 2 references, one is certificate number and just below is reference number (Home Office).
So,do I need to write both or just certificate number
